About Our Garden

Thyme on 43rd Japanese Gardens, designed and lovingly constructed by Hayato Ogawa of Ogawa Landscape Design has all the elements you would expect to find in a Japanese stroll garden. Hayato brought the techniques and tools used by his ancestors since the 1600’s to Canada. You can experience this wondrous piece of nature right here in Langley, BC.

Testimonial

“A most beautiful oasis, crafted with love and a special level of expertise. A tranquil haven from a hectic world, where each turn in the path brings new and delightful canvas to enjoy. Thank you, Evelyn, for allowing us to share your serene & inspiring retreat.”

– J Connor, Vancouver

This Alpine style 70 foot long pebble stream is fed by a small waterfall and runs along a pathway covered by Japanese wisteria. Along the pathway visitors will find chairs and a swing. A great place for meditation.
